is it possible to pick up the pieces of what is left
after the mess that left
all in poverty or out of focus?
pick up a piece of the hope and restore
and together move
quickly and with power
not your own.
for yours is His and: how did this happen?
pick up a piece of the hate and clean
wipe it until there is no beauty marred
by dust of ignorance and greed.
fill in the gaps where confusion permeates
